π Hot Dog Recipe
Ingredients:
4 hot dog buns
4 sausages / frankfurters
2 tablespoons butter or oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat sausages: In a pan, add a little butter or oil and cook the sausages for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
2. Toast buns: Spread some butter on buns and toast them lightly on a pan until slightly crispy.
3. Cook onions (optional): SautΓ© onions in the same pan until soft and golden.
4. Assemble hot dogs: Place lettuce (if using) on the bun, add the sausage, then top with onions, ketchup, mustard, and cheese.
5. Serve immediately: Serve hot with fries or potato chips.
Tips:
Use fresh buns for soft texture.
Sausages can be boiled or grilled instead of pan-frying.
