Ranch kabab Sizzler

 Here's a recipe for a delicious Ranch Kabab Sizzler:

Ingredients:

- 500g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1/2 cup ranch seasoning

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste


For the sizzler sauce:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste


For the sizzler:

- 1 large onion, sliced

- 2 large bell peppers (any color), sliced

- 2 large tomatoes, sliced

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

4. Grill the kababs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.



5. Meanwhile, prepare the sizzler sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

6. Heat a large sizzler pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter, garlic, onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

7. Add the cooked kababs to the sizzler pan and spoon some sizzler sauce over the top.

8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
