Potato lasagna

 Potato Lasagna Recipe:




                         *Ingredients:

4 large potatoes (thinly sliced)

1 lb ground beef (optional)

1 medium onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 1/2 cups marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup Parmesan

1 cup ricotta

2 cups spinach (optional)

Salt, pepper, oregano, basil

Olive oil


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, and marinara sauce. Season with herbs.

3. Layer sliced potatoes, ricotta, spinach, sauce, and cheese in a greased dish.

4. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese.



                                                                                5. Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove foil, bake 15-20 mins more.

6. Rest 10 mins before serving. Enjoy!
