        * Ingredients:*

- 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tsp ginger paste

- 1 tsp garlic paste

- 1/4 tsp red chili powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 tbsp oil

- Chopped scallions for garnish

                                                                                      1. Marinate chicken in cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through (5-6 minutes).

4. Add 1/4 cup water and stir to create a sauce.

5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Garnish with scallions and serve.
