Beef Meatballs

 Here’s a quick recipe for baked meatballs:

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning



Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

3. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

Serve with pasta, sauce, or on their own!
